Just a note that I'm going to get mine ready this weekend. It's quite funny to see me try to do something, and then get stuck since I don't know totally what I'm missing or doing with the new computer. At times, frustrating!

This month, I show you a mini album craete with Pink Reptile Designs.
I'm late to scrapping my photos. In fact this album contains photos of the first time where my children discovered go sledging.

I decided to create an album to keep safe this day.

I created on photoshop 4 pages with two paper on each. Each half of page will be a page of my album after printing.

I printed these pages on ticked white paper.

I printed differents elements to decorate my album.

After printings, I have this :


Creation of my album :

Step 1 : I cut pages of my future album and I folded in half each page :


Step 2 : Decorate each page by addind photo and elements

I 'm going to show you process to create the differents pages of the album.


The first page of my album has one photo:


I added tag (from Awesome sauce), white leaves and a word strip (from All eyes on you) on the photo:


On the left part, I stamped a french text with black ink


And I glued a tag (from Xoxo) :


I added yellow glue dots to finish my page

I folded the second page in three parts to create a flap.

Background paper is from Garden party.
I cut piece of paper from Tadah


And I glued it on the flap to cover white space


And I glued a photo :


I added elements in the back of flap and I stamped it with a french text :


I cut my photo in twice part. I glued the right part on the album page.
I added two leaves cut with my cuttlebug on a yellow paper (from My, Myself and I) and a blue paper (from All eyes on you).


I glued the last part of my photo on leaves


To finish I added a camera shape (from Me, Myself and I) :


I decorated the flap by adding a photo and few elements (from from Sea of love, Mark the date)

For a third page I used a simple decoration by adding just 3 elements to my photo (tag from Awesome sauce, word strip SMILE from Me, MySelf and I) :






To finish I stamped with black ink two small arrows


For this page, I used papers from Tadah

For the next page, I created a flap.
I glued a flowers page from Garden party. I stamped a french text with black ink.
I added leaves shape cut in white paper and a pink word stripe SNOW on the leaves (element from It's cold outside)


To finish, I glued another stripe word STRIKE A POSE on the photo (element from all eyes on you):

I used two photos for the next pages. I decided to decorate this album page with few elements


A french text stamped with blck ink and cut.
I glued it with 3D autoadhesive foam on the photo


I added elements from A slice of lemon to complete the decoration :

Last page of my album has only one photo.
I glued a pink tag on the photo


On this tag, I glued white leaves and a strip word HAPPY (from Garden party)
I added the white bear from It's cold outside kit to decorate the right part and the last page of my album. The bear is glued with 3D autoadhesive foam.

Step 3 : Built the album and create the cover

One time that all pages were decorated, I glued themselves back to back, each page by each page.
Then I cut a large piece of paper as cover :


I glued the paper as cover of my album :


I decorated the front cover with different elements from Me, My selfie (camera), it's cold outside (word strip COLD) and Spring flutters (pink tape):




And to finish I added a word strip COLD from It's cold outside as my album title



My album is finished !
