I've been home and home working for four weeks now. The good thing about this situation is that I have time to do scrapbooking.
For several months now, I've been wanting to create a mixed-media-style canvas.
I painted a white layer on the canvas :
When the paint is fresh, I added piece of papers. I glued them with the paint and for one I paint above it to soften the pattern.
I used my two favorite papers (green paper from Sprung and white paper from Forget me not)
I used an alphabet mask to create embossed letters :
To finish the background, I added some green drops with watercolor :
I waited until my canvas was dry to start decorating.
I built my canvas, layer after layer. I created a cluster of several elements
I cut flowers in the pattern paper (Forget me not) and I glued them on the canvas :
I stuck a retrieved tag on a piece of clothing :
I added a green tag (No probllama) and a black tape (room with view). I finished the cluster with another flower's branch.
Then, I decorated with two more clusters, the rest of the canvas.
I show you the details for one of them :
Green tag from Sprung, and the written tape from Love you berry much
I cut another flowers from the paper :
I finished the cluster with a small tag and a black and white button (Room with view)
My canvas is done and hung :
