Hi !

Today, I presented you me new hybrid project.
It's a decorated box.

Last Christmas, I received a box of candied chestnuts as a gift. Of course I ate the chestnuts very quickly but I kept the box thinking it could make a nice support for a DIY project.



The last collection of Pink Reptile Designs titled "Room with view" has perfect coordinated colors with kraft color.
It's collection inspired me the following decorated box.

As usual, I printed papers and elements from the kit:




Inside the box I added a wire between the two box edges.
On one side, I did a knot :





And for this other side, I glued the wire with a piece of masking tape :


Once the string was in place, I added a picture hung with a small wooden clothespin




I decorated the other part of the box :


I added a metal leaf decoration (it's an accessory for the creation of jewelry) and I finished the cluster by adding a butterfly :


My box is done :
